Job Overview:

Boilermakers and Welders are sought after to join a Production Team in Osborne, SA. They will be part of building the most advanced Anti-Submarine Warfare Frigate in the world.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake tasks and duties as directed by production supervision and/or trades trainer within bounds of current competence.
  • Attend and complete relevant on-the-job training as required.
  • Properly maintain materials, tools and equipment.
  • Strive to continuously improve teamwork, processes and effectiveness in the work area.
  • Adhere to policies and management practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience fabrication with MIG or Flux Core Welding.
  • Ability to read drawings.
  • Strong safety focus and enhancing the site safety environment.
  • Strong time-keeping abilities.
  • Excellent communication.
