We are seeking a skilled Property Valuer to join our team in Melbourne. The ideal candidate will possess strong understanding of valuation methodologies and principles.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced property valuer to join our dynamic team. As a Residential Property Valuer, you will be responsible for conducting valuations of residential properties, analyzing market trends, and providing expert advice to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough research on properties to determine their market value.
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and other relevant factors to make informed decisions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and industry stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in legislation, regulations, and industry best practices.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current Associate membership of the Australian Property Institute (API).
  • RPV accreditation.
  • A strong understanding of valuation methodologies and principles.
  • Sound written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional deadline and time management skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
