Residential Property Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team in a leading Real Estate agency. This is a well-established and enjoyable working environment with training and low staff turnover.

A typical day will involve managing a portfolio of properties, which includes:

  • Periodic property inspections
  • Rent reviews and negotiations
  • Maintenance coordination and customer service
  • Liaising with owners and tenants
  • Attending training sessions and marketing activities

The average rent for properties in this portfolio is $460 per week. Additionally, there will only be one Saturday of work required each month. You will also have the support of a designated leasing consultant, which means you won't need to handle end-to-end leasing responsibilities.
