About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Health, Safety, and Environmental Advisor to join our Integrated Weapons Systems team at Thales. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the implementation and verification of health, safety, and environmental measures in alignment with Thales and IWS policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively engage with shop floor personnel to promote a culture of safety and compliance.
  • Coordinate and participate in audit programs, manage IT systems for HSE compliance, and conduct health monitoring programs.
  • Provide advice and support on safety, injury management, WHS legislation, and environmental management to managers and workers.
Requirements
  • Minimum Certificate IV in WHS (or ability to obtain).
  • Demonstrated ability to proactively engage with people at all levels.
  • Well-developed computer skills in Microsoft Office and relevant data management applications.
  • Sound working knowledge of HSE issues and compliance.
  • Previous experience within the Logistics and/or Defence industry would be highly advantageous.
