**About the Role**
Our client is a leading provider of Open Space Infrastructure, based in Central West NSW and servicing all of Australia. They are a dynamic, fast-growing company, providing environmentally sustainable projects that bring open space infrastructure to life.

Being committed to creating a safe and healthy work environment for their employees, they are now seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join their professional, dedicated team as Workplace, Health, Safety & Quality Administrator.

Reporting to the Director, this role will be responsible for ensuring the business is adhering to all relevant legislative requirements and are providing a safe working environment for all staff, contractors and visitors. It is envisaged the successful individual will have a passion and understanding of OH&S legislation, obligations, and responsibilities and will have the capability to provide advice and assistance on a broad range of WHSE&Q matters.

**Duties**:

- Coordinate and attend Toolbox & WHSQ&E meetings, including recording minutes and following up on action items to drive continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with Client Tender requirements
- Maintain and update relevant master registers
- Conduct quarterly WHS Coordinator safety inspections and raise any findings with Management
- Conduct an annual review of training materials to ensure they align with current business needs
- Review of all policies and procedures to ensure compliance and effectiveness
- Attend meetings and inspections from external parties as required
- Ensure incident reports systems are in place and completed
- Coordinate return to work plans in collaboration with employees, managers, WorkCover, and medical practitioners
- Coordinate emergency procedures and first aid requirements
- General administrative assistance as required

**Skills and Experience**:

- A keen interest and demonstrated experience in WHSQ&E
- Relevant tertiary studies desirable but not essential
- Experience in the construction industry an advantage
- Flexible, organised and able to navigate competing priorities
- Excellent people skills with the ability to resolve disputes through negotiation or mediation with individuals or groups
- Well developed computer literacy skills
- Enjoy problem solving and helping business areas succeed
- Able to work autonomously as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Drivers Licence essential
