We are seeking a Programs Coordinator to join our team at Greensborough, VIC. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic organisation and contribute to the delivery of programs and services that make a real difference in our community.

Your primary role will be to assist in the planning, coordination and delivery of programs, ensuring they run smoothly and to specification. You will work closely with colleagues to achieve commitment goals and targets, as set out in our annual business plan.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to communicate and interact effectively with all members and guests of the facility. They will also have a strong customer service background and be able to maintain all program equipment in safe working order.

Key Accountabilities
  • Ensure positive customer feedback through exceptional service delivery
  • Attend all scheduled programs and services, maintaining a high level of attendance
  • Work to achieve commitment goals and targets, as set out in the annual business plan
  • Maintain a safe and incident-free environment for all programs and services
Skills & Attributes
  • A positive, friendly and helpful work style
  • Excellent computer literacy, familiarity with software packages and point of sale systems
Essentials
  • Current First Aid Certificate (Workplace Level 2)
  • Current CPR Certificate
  • National Police Check
  • Working with Children Check
  • Affinity with community connections and groups in the local area
Desirable
  • Experience working with multicultural individuals and groups
  • Knowledge of leisure based programs
  • Knowledge of local council plans to meet the needs of the community
