Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced bartender to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our hospitality staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest standards of quality in every aspect of your work.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role, with a strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, and beverages. You will also possess excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve a wide range of drinks, including cocktails, wines, and coffees.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
  • Restock and replenish bar supplies as needed.
  • Operate the POS system and handle cash/credit transactions accurately.
  • Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of cocktails, wines, and beverages.
  • RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification required.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • A positive attitude and strong team spirit.
