Software Engineer Job

We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer to join our team.

About the Role

This is a challenging role that involves analyzing technical requirements, writing and maintaining program code, and performing testing and troubleshooting tasks. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years' experience in developing applications using JAVA/J2EE, Spring Boot, REST APIs, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Junit.

Responsibilities
  1. Design, develop Java applications using Spring Boot, java8.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  3. Implement best practices for software development, including code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration using JUNIT, MOCKITO for Test driven Development.
  4. Develop and integrate RESTful APIs using Spring REST to facilitate seamless data exchange between systems.
  5. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring the reliability and performance of the payment handling software.
  6. Team Coordination to accomplish various sprint activities.
  7. Experience with Payment platform and NPP domain and understanding of payment flow.
  8. Alerts monitoring using Slack tool.
  9. Monitor pods, logs, config Maps, deployments, deployment Configs in Open shift container.
  10. Must be able to write splunk queries to extract data.
  11. Must be capable of writing various SQL and Mongo DB queries.
  12. Writing Liquibase script for DB handling.
Qualifications & Certifications (Optional)
  • Oracle Certified Professional, Java SE 17+
