Role Summary:

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Financial Institutions team in Sydney. As an Investment Banking Associate, you will play a key role in delivering tailored solutions to clients across the financial institutions sector in Australia and New Zealand.

Key responsibilities include conducting market and industry research, organizing marketing materials, and developing valuation models. You will also assist in due diligence, transaction management, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Investment Banking or boutique advisory roles.
  • Proven track record in Australian M&A transactions.
  • Advanced financial modelling and analytical skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Presentation skills.
  • Ability to excel under pressure.
