Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Acting as the primary contact for customers, addressing their needs and issues promptly
  • Providing expert interpretation of parts and ensuring that required components are provided
  • Processing and receiving orders and quotes in a timely manner
  • Advising on part suitability and guiding customers through the best solution for the job

The ideal candidate will have experience in an Automotive or similar industry and possess strong customer service and communication skills. Additionally, they should be able to learn new software and processes, have high attention to detail, and be able to prioritize and troubleshoot complex tasks.

Key Requirements
  • Extensive experience in parts interpretation in an Automotive or similar industry
  • Excellent customer service and effective communication
  • Engine knowledge is an advantage

What We Offer

  • A competitive hourly rate
  • Overtime as required – Penalty rates paid for all work above 38 hours
