Spare Parts Specialist

We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Spare Parts Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving, storing, and shipping parts in a timely and accurate manner.
Key Responsibilities:- Receive and process spare parts orders from internal and external customers
- Maintain a clean and organised warehouse environment
- Assist with inventory discrepancies and stock-takes
- Record all sales using the CDK system
- Source unusual or hard-to-find parts requested by customers using initiative and product knowledge
- Follow guidelines for receiving, storing, and shipping parts to minimise risk
- Strong understanding of mechanical and technical terminology
- Hands-on experience with parts operating systems (like CDK) and solid computer literacy
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proven ability to work independently and maintain high standards
- Safety conscious and solutions focused
