This is a senior-level position that involves overseeing the sales operations function of an organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sales operations and business analytics.
- Provide timely sales analytics, including weekly pipeline analysis, forecasting, and sales results.
- Own business inspections, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
- Develop and implement sales territories and quota setting strategies.
- Identify operational issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design solutions.
- Ensure system integrity in Salesforce and recommend enhancements for improved efficiency and reporting.
- Provide operational support as needed, including troubleshooting sales systems and providing information, guidance, and training to staff.
The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of sales operations principles and be able to apply analytical skills to drive business outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:The following are the key qualifications and skills required for this role:
- Proven experience in sales operations, business operations, or a related analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in Clari, Salesforce (Sales Cloud), Excel, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Proven experience with sales analytics, forecasting, pipeline management, and territory/quota planning.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Experience supporting senior sales leadership with reporting, business reviews, and strategic planning.
