Job Title

Recycling Centre Supervisor - Lead daily operations at a Community Recycling Centre, maintaining facility excellence and exceptional customer service.

  • Coordinate tasks, manage resources, and ensure high operational standards.
  • Provide recycling education, respond to inquiries and complaints, and assist users with waste sorting.
  • Oversee daily operations, implement emergency response plans, and maintain workplace health and safety compliance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualifications in Management or similar (minimum Certificate IV required).
  • Current C Class License.
  • Current Forklift License.
  • White Card.
  • At least 5 years' experience in management in a leadership or supervisory position.
  • Extensive experience in leading teams, staff management, and overseeing operational facilities and contracts.
Benefits
  • Remuneration package from $113,019 to $124,433 plus 11.5% superannuation.

This role operates on a 5-day week, including Saturdays, from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
