Your new role

As a Park Enforcement Officer, you will work alongside the Town's Information and Parking officers to enforce Council's Local Laws and legislative requirements relating to animals, litter, and bushfire control. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Enforcing Local Laws, including breach investigation, prosecution, and court appearances.
  • Managing dog and cat incidents, including dog attack investigation, impoundments, and issuing infringements.
  • Providing excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills to effectively work within a team and with customers.
  • Interpreting and applying legislation, with a focus on customer service and community engagement.

The benefits of working for us

Hourly rate of $40.68 (dependent on experience) plus 25% casual loading and superannuation.
