You will establish and maintain effective relationships with partner agents, present on project details, manage the sales process, and coordinate events to promote allocated projects.

Our team has expertise spanning Build-to-sell (Project Marketing), Build-to-rent, Development Sites, Research and Strategic Advisory.

We represent hundreds of developer clients, sell millions of dollars worth of apartments, and maintain a strong presence in the Development Sites market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with partner agents
  • Present project details to partner agents
  • Manage the sales process and assist partner agents as required
  • Coordinate and engage with partner agents, including negotiating commission rates and agency agreements
  • Assist in coordinating partner agent events to promote allocated projects
  • Maintain and promote Colliers projects and brand
Requirements:
  • Agents Representative Certificate and/or Real Estate Licence
  • Basic knowledge of the Melbourne property market
  • Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive, team-orientated attitude
