As a visionary leader, you will drive the development and implementation of comprehensive physician engagement strategies to foster internal and external collaboration. This will involve shaping and advancing clinical practices to positively impact patient lives and advance quality of care.

Your scientific expertise and passion for patients will enable the organization to grow its reach, develop innovative solutions, and make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals fighting cardiovascular disease.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the development and execution of JAPAC-wide physician engagement strategies to strengthen medical credibility and trust among cardiologists, surgeons, and other key stakeholder specialties.
  2. Identify and build long-term relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, professional societies, and leading academic centers to advance strategic goals, foster advocacy, and drive therapy awareness.
  3. Serve as a trusted liaison between the organization and the physician community, ensuring feedback informs innovation, training, and strategy.
  4. Champion clinical dialogue that fuels therapy innovation and best-in-class adoption.
  5. Develop and implement regional strategic medical programs to advance structural heart interventions.
  6. Design and implement programs supporting early and expanded access, including centers of excellence, training platforms, proctoring, and multidisciplinary education initiatives.
  7. Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to tailor and localize existing or new strategic programs.
