**Job Title:** Senior Structural Designer
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced professional to fill a challenging position in our civil/structural design group. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for planning, developing, coordinating, and reviewing project design work.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results within tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan, develop, coordinate, and review design work within a small civil/structural design group on medium-sized projects or assignments.
- Produce 3D models, drawings, and documentation in accordance with established design and scope.
- Communicate complex technical issues and recommend solutions to upper management.
- Prepare or oversee the preparation of civil/structural design estimates and work plans.
- Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 10-13 years of relevant experience or 14-17 years of relevant work experience.
- Design experience in a wide range of industrial structures including buildings, material handling structures, equipment supporting structures, building and equipment foundations, retaining walls, etc.
- Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as Tekla or Smart3D.
