Parts Interpreter

We are seeking a skilled Parts Interpreter to join our team at CJD Equipment. As a Parts Interpreter, you will play a crucial role in identifying, sourcing, and selling parts for our heavy industry brands, including Kenworth, DAF, FUSO, and Volvo CE.
Key Responsibilities- Assist customers and the internal workshop team to identify the parts they need.
- Source parts and execute procurement and dispatch plans to deliver parts safely and quickly.
- Keep customers informed about the status of their ordered parts to exceed their customer service expectations.
- Prepare invoicing and financial arrangements for the sale of stock.
- Identify the perfect part using company and manufacturer systems.
- Participate in stock takes and stock rotation as needed.
- Experience working in stores, warehousing, or workshops within the heavy industries sector.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical skills.
- High energy, drive, and autonomy, with a can-do attitude.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and D&A test.
- Charismatic personality, with excellent communication skills.
- Proficient computing skills.
