We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team in driving the continuous improvement of our values-based culture programs. As a key member of our People and Development Team, you will work collaboratively with us to enhance our workplace culture, promote employee well-being, and develop leaders who can drive change.

The successful candidate will have expertise in organisational development, project management, and stakeholder engagement. You will be responsible for delivering functional programs across the employee life cycle, including inductions, culture initiatives, talent retention and attraction strategies, and employee engagement. Specifically, some programs of work could include psychosocial risk mitigation, collaboration with existing forums to contribute to an inclusion and diversity strategy, Respect at Work programs, and Leadership Development Programs.
