**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate individual to support our Chief Winemaker in managing two vineyards, driving growth and delivering exceptional results.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Assist in the production of high-quality wines while adhering to industry standards
- Collaborate with the Chief Winemaker to develop and implement strategies for improving wine quality and efficiency
- Ensure the effective management of vineyard operations, including pruning, harvesting, and pest control
- Contribute to the development of new products and product lines

**Requirements**

- 3+ years of experience as an Assistant Winemaker or similar role
- Strong knowledge of winemaking principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
