Specialised in making small batches, hands-on, progressive styles of wine from a wide range of grape varieties sourced across multiple regions, our vintage period generally ranges from February through to May, with the position having opportunities to start early, before vintage gets underway and for ongoing work post vintage.

The position will entail overseeing the day-to-day vintage activities and responsibilities whilst managing a small team of enthusiastic people to complete the allotted tasks. This includes working directly with the winemaker to achieve the desired outcome for each batch, in line with the winemaking styles.

Job Requirements

The ideal applicant will be a dynamic individual with a passion for wine and an interest in progressive winemaking techniques.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 4 vintages of experience, with at least one completed whilst in a winemaking or cellar master position.
- Experience managing a team.
- A valid high-risk forklift licence with plenty of experience driving a forklift.
- A valid Australian driver's licence.
- Australian Citizenship or hold a valid Australian Visa.

A degree in winemaking, experience working with winery software, a passion for beverages and knowledge of wine styles will be viewed favourably.
