Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional to take on the role of General Manager and drive our thriving club forward.

About the Role
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless delivery of clubhouse and catering services.
  • Lead and mentor staff across administration, hospitality, and events, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Cultivate membership growth through targeted campaigns and retention strategies.
  • Pursue sponsorship opportunities and maintain strong partner relationships.
  • Liaise closely with ground staff and the Golf Committee on course conditions and event planning.
  • Manage inventory and negotiate supplier contracts.
  • Oversight of financial controls, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Coordinate club events, competitions, and community engagement initiatives.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Hands-on leadership style with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven track record in leadership roles within hospitality, sports, or club management settings.
  • Demonstrated expertise in membership growth and sponsorship acquisition.
  • Working knowledge of MYOB, MiClub, and SwiftPOS (or similar systems).
  • Excellent financial acumen and budget management skills.
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder relationship abilities.
  • A strategic mindset and experience working with Boards and Committees.
