Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Program Director to lead and oversee critical initiatives within our organisation.

This opportunity requires someone with strong application delivery expertise and a proven track record managing complex programs in large scale environments.

The Role Responsibilities

  • Drive delivery of significant application projects, including Maximo migration and upgrade (Maximo 9 / Asset Management) and related system integrations.
  • Oversee delivery of other major application initiatives from inception through to implementation.
  • Ensure strong alignment between project outcomes and business objectives.
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with senior stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and governance across the program.
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams, vendors and partners to achieve program milestones.

Requirements

  • A solid background in the utilities sector.
  • Demonstrated application delivery experience, ideally with Oracle and/or Maximo.
  • Strong leadership and program governance skills, with a focus on delivery excellence.
  • Outstanding stakeholder engagement and management capability.
  • Previous experience delivering major transformation projects in complex environments.
