Job Overview

Our organization seeks an experienced Construction Team Member to join its dynamic construction team in the Southern Highlands of New South Wales.

This role is responsible for supporting the delivery of vital infrastructure projects and contributing to the safety, accessibility, and liveability of our region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake manual laboring tasks and operate small tools and machinery as required.
  • Work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Support the construction and maintenance of road and transport infrastructure.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in construction and/or maintenance, particularly in roads and drainage.
  • Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in using computer applications and devices.
