Transformation Program Manager

Job Description:

The Transformation Program Manager plays a pivotal role in driving digital transformation initiatives within an organization. This position requires a unique blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and leadership skills to lead and manage programs and projects effectively.

This role involves leveraging project and change management methods, processes, and tools to drive behavioural shifts and enable the design and delivery of key change activities that support the adoption of digital solutions.

The ideal candidate will have experience in change management and project management within the context of legal or professional services, with a strong understanding of organisational change management processes and application of change management methodologies and principles in technology adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading project and change management activities by applying project and change management methods, processes, and tools to drive behavioural shifts.
  • Enabling the design and delivery of key change activities that support the adoption of digital solutions, including taking shared ownership of adoption success.
  • Collaborating with key stakeholders and sponsors to ensure buy-in and support for digital ways of working and transformation.
  • Driving the mindset, behavioural, and cultural shifts required to embed new ways of working and new solutions.
  • Coaching team members and stakeholders on project and change management frameworks and proven best practice techniques.

Requirements:

  • Experience in change management and project management within the context of legal or professional services.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing complex transformation projects and change initiatives.
  • An advanced understanding of project management methods and techniques, applied in the context of professional services.
  • A strong understanding of organisational change management processes and application of change management methodologies and principles in technology adoption.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and consulting skills, with experience communicating technical issues to non-technical audiences.
