About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Communications Specialist to join our team at AusNet Services Ltd. As a key member of our People Enablement team, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and delivering internal strategic communication initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver a strategic communication roadmap across the enterprise.
  • Support the Change Management Leads to deliver employee communications to support business objectives.
  • Develop clear, compelling messaging tailored to different stakeholder groups, ensuring alignment, timely delivery, and consistency across all channels.
  • Track and measure the effectiveness of communication and change management initiatives, using data to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
What You'll Need
  • Demonstrated experience in communications and ideally change management.
  • Demonstrated stakeholder management and engagement to all organisational levels.
  • Extensive experience in developing and implementing strategic communication plans and providing advice in a complex and changing environment.
  • Proficient in using communication and project management tools including Microsoft and Sharepoint.
