Job Title

A leader is sought to oversee a team of business bankers, providing exceptional service and support to customers in the South West Queensland Region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Foster a culture of responsive, professional, and quality service that exceeds client expectations.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, retaining and growing their business while leveraging networks to identify new opportunities.
  • Drive deal execution through proven skills in origination, structuring, and negotiation of complex solutions.
  • Establish or maintain a prominent profile and presence on behalf of CommBank in this key region.
Requirements:
  • Experience in leading and developing high-performing teams to deliver exceptional customer focus and client engagement.
  • Exceptional commercial acumen and credit understanding with a strong risk management focus.
  • A passion for developing a strong personal brand and becoming a leader in the community.
  • Commitment to the region with relevant agribusiness or sales leadership experience outside the banking sector.
  • A tertiary qualification in Business/Finance and/or Commerce would be highly regarded.
