Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Aviation Consultant to join our team, specialising in Air Traffic Management (ATM). This role focuses on winning work and delivering projects across the ANZ region.

The successful candidate will develop relationships with key clients, including Airservices, CASA, Airways NZ, Civil Aviation Authority NZ, and Pacific Island Air Navigation Providers.

This position grows ATM pipeline, secures new opportunities, and delivers high-quality outcomes, while working closely with international ATM experts. Key Responsibilities include:

  • Leading business development activities
  • Delivering ATM projects
  • Building client relationships
  • Collaborating with international teams
  • S Supporting recruitment of additional resources

Required qualifications include 8-10 years experience in ATM/Aviation consulting, tertiary qualifications in Aeronautical Engineering or related field, proven track record in winning and delivering consultancy work, experience working in a matrix global consultancy, strong stakeholder engagement skills, and flexible work arrangements.
