Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused National Event Management Professional to join our team. As a key member of our National Sponsorship and Events team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the execution of strategic events and sponsorship activations across various regions.

Your primary responsibility will be to assist in organizing and executing a range of events, including hospitality events, technical and internal office events, as well as arranging virtual events across different platforms.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders to provide on-site support for events across the regions, ensuring seamless event delivery and exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing events from conceptualization to execution
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communication skills to deliver an outstanding client experience
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external suppliers, vendors, and partners
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in Event Management or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in event management or a related field
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Prior experience working with CRM systems, e-marketing tools, and project management software
