Event Coordinator Role

This role focuses on managing multiple events across the country. The successful candidate will play a key part in delivering a national calendar of events, working closely with the Education & Events Manager to coordinate face-to-face and online events.

The ideal candidate should have demonstrated experience managing event logistics, including venue bookings, registrations, catering, AV, and technical delivery. They should also be able to oversee online streaming and webinar facilitation using Zoom and other platforms.

Liaising with sponsors and managing sales, agreements, and delivery of benefits is another key responsibility. The candidate should develop event-related communications and marketing materials, including EDMs, and provide support for continuing professional development (CPD) activities.

They should be able to update event content on the website and maintain event records in CRM systems.

Key skills include strong ability to manage competing priorities, confident communication skills, and stakeholder engagement abilities. Experience in event marketing and working with event registration data is desirable.
