About The RoleAs a Support Worker, you will be one of the most influential people in your clients' life. Your role will be diverse and challenging and will involve direct care for clients in settings such as houses, schools, hospitals, community centres and emergency accommodation.
Your Daily Tasks- Building a relationship with the people you are caring for.
- Providing around the clock care to participants, following a structured routine developed specifically for their needs.
- Administering medication.
- Transporting the people in our care to and from school, day programs and appointments.
- Assist in the implementation of programs designed for the development of the client.
- Report writing.

- Opportunity to enrol in a CHC52015 Diploma of Community Services with our partnered RTO BIAE (RTO no 45241); up to 8 units of credit may be available based on induction completion and probation performance.
- Rates for this role commence at SCHADS Level 2 Paypoint 1; progression paypoints with experience.
- Current Working with Children Check (for paid employment)
- Current NDIS Worker Check
- Current First Aid Certificate (Provide First Aid; Course Code HLTAID011)
- National Police Check
- A current driver's licence (Minimum of P2)
- A vehicle that can transport upwards of 4 people
- Comprehensive Car Insurance
- Certificate of Completion: NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- Ability to work a 7-day shift roster
- Willingness to participate in pre-employment medical checks
- Two professional references
- Diploma of Community Services
- Bachelor of Human Services
- Diploma level (or higher) qualification in a relevant field of study
