Early Childhood Education Program Leader


Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated academic leader to oversee the delivery of Early Childhood Education programs at our Adelaide campus. The successful candidate will have a strong background in teaching and learning, with a focus on early childhood education and pedagogy.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective teaching and learning strategies to enhance student outcomes
  • Ensure compliance with University standards and policies
  • Collaborate with colleagues to design and deliver high-quality curriculum
  • Provide guidance and support to students throughout their academic journey
  • Contribute to the development of academic governance processes and procedures

Requirements:
  • PhD or equivalent in a relevant field
  • Proven experience in teaching and leading in higher education
