Job Opportunity

The Assistant Director of Studies is a key position in supporting academic management, ensuring high-quality learning and teaching experiences for English language students and teachers.

This role plays a vital part in implementing the ILSC ethos, values, policies, and procedures across all academic operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding Head Teachers and leading the academic team, promoting a collaborative and professional environment.

Main Responsibilities
  • Supporting the implementation of ILSC policies and procedures in learning and teaching
  • Guiding Head Teachers and managing the academic team, ensuring a supportive and professional atmosphere
  • Modeling respectful, clear, regular, and multi-directional communication among staff
  • Fostering optimum staff performance and continuous professional development through guidance and support
Key Requirements
  • Recognized Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • Trinity certification or equivalent
