Dynamic Leader for Hospitality Operations

The role of a hospitality operations leader is to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional guest experiences. As a key figure in the hotel's leadership team, you will oversee daily operations across departments, supporting your team and playing a crucial role in financial and strategic planning.

Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring smooth performance and outstanding guest service through effective leadership and team management.
  • Supporting front desk, restaurant, and maintenance teams when needed.
  • Maintaining compliance with safety, duty of care, and operational standards.
  • Developing and executing financial plans, including budgeting and forecasting, financial administration, and audits.
  • Providing timely reporting across departments and proactive management of payroll costs and COGs.
  • Participating in revenue, marketing, and F&B meetings to drive strategy and execution.
  • Planning property improvements and CAPEX documentation preparation.
  • Facilitating team communication through regular briefings and meetings.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards across the hotel.
