We are now seeking a highly experienced Assistant Manager to join our team and help us continue to deliver outstanding service. This full-time position is available for immediate start.

The Role:

As the Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, supporting the front-of-house team wherever needed, and assisting the Manager with operational tasks.

You will supervise and work alongside a team of friendly servers and baristas, helping to ensure efficient operations and consistent quality while maintaining our high standards of customer service.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Monitor all front-of-house operations, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfactionAssist with the training and development of front-of-house staffHandle customer queries and complaints in a professional and timely mannerAssist the Manager with operational duties as neededMaintain the functionality and appearance of the store to a high standard

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience (1+ years) in a front-of-house supervisory/management role within the hospitality industry
  • Prior experience of leading and motivating a team within a busy venue
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with customers and staff
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
  • A keen interest in food and beverage and a desire to learn more
  • Commitment to adhering to all relevant health, safety, and liquor licensing regulations
