About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Workforce Management Team Lead to join our team at Claro Aged Care and Disability Services. As a key member of our workforce management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient management of client schedules and support worker rosters within our Community, Aged Care, and Accommodation services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and implementation of workforce management strategies to ensure service fulfillment and prevent service gaps.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Workforce Management to apply workforce planning principles, contributing to sustainable growth and a compliant working environment.
  • Manage people metrics effectively, including performance, talent, retention, career progression, and incidents.
  • Host regular team and individual meetings to motivate and engage the workforce management team.
  • Challenge existing processes and work with the team to develop efficient, structured processes.
  • Provide recognition and celebrate success, while demonstrating professional behavior and commitment to care by contributing to Claro's values.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated examples of leadership skills and qualities, with a commitment to supporting teams and individuals.
  • Informed rostering decisions using workforce management techniques and data-driven reporting.
  • Meticulous organization and attention to detail, with evidenced examples applied to scheduling or workforce management.
  • Effective communication, working collaboratively with stakeholders to deliver customer satisfaction, first time.
