As a Trainee in Supply Chain Operations, you will work towards a Certificate II in Supply Chain Operations in partnership with Murray Mallee Training Company Ltd. This role involves working in a Reece branch and completing certificate requirements, such as workbooks, on-the-job training, and assessments.


The position is based at Metalflex Bayswater and involves key responsibilities including:



  • Embracing the Reece values, policies, and procedures
  • Providing customer service
  • Completing all requirements of the certificate
  • Processing sales and managing stock
  • Answering the phone and communicating with customers and staff
  • Building product knowledge and contributing to maintaining the branch at a high standard

To be successful in this role, you should have:



  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to follow instructions and take on new challenges
  • Enthusiasm, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn
  • Strong teamwork and time management skills
  • A neat and tidy work environment

Students will work the equivalent of one and a half days per week, with additional hours available during school holidays. This is an excellent opportunity to develop skills and gain experience in a dynamic and supportive work environment.
