  • Coordinate with clients and distribution team members to ensure seamless onboarding process.
  • Process onboarding forms and conduct KYC checks in compliance with AML/CTF policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create investor applications and email them to investors.
  • Process completed applications and address any queries or concerns from clients and the distribution team.
  • Follow up on outstanding applications within specified timelines.

Unit Register Administration:

  • Match incoming funds with applications and issue unit certificates.
  • Process redemption requests and review interest payment calculations.
  • Perform month-end reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A degree in finance or business is preferred but not required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
