As a key member of our Marketing & Innovation Team, you will be responsible for driving the implementation of product marketing strategies across multiple brands and segments.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead New Product Development (NPD) projects through stage-gate processes.
  • Develop in-depth market insights to support business objectives.
  • Manage packaging projects and develop out-to-market strategies for new and existing products.
  • Plan, implement, and monitor social platforms, including content planning and agency management.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4-5 years relevant marketing experience in the FMCG industry.
  • Excellent multi-project management skills with a proven record of managing larger projects, including NPD launches.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Proven record of managing digital marketing campaigns, including social media.
