Job Overview

We are seeking an accomplished professional to spearhead our global testing initiative, overseeing the end-to-end platform testing for complex transformation projects. The successful candidate will possess a proven track record of managing executive-level stakeholders and driving high-impact projects.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in data models, business workflows, and systems architecture, with exceptional communication, written, and presentation skills. They will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with senior clients and internal stakeholders, as well as leading a team of testing professionals.

About the Role

This is an executive-level position that requires strong analytical and organizational skills, with experience in agile methodologies and tools preferred. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with regional test leads and global functional test leads, representing State Street Alpha and presenting to clients on testing standards and expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage testing across a portfolio of implementation projects regionally
  • Develop and maintain relationships with senior clients and internal stakeholders
  • Oversee and manage testing across a portfolio of implementation projects regionally
  • Represent State Street Alpha and present to clients on testing journey, testing standards, and overall expectations

The successful candidate will also possess strong execution management skills for delivering programs and initiatives, with experience in risk management, particularly in G-SIFI organizations and/or large public accounting firms.
