About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our food and beverage team as a Full Time Food and Beverage Duty Manager. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in hospitality, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage diverse teams effectively.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and colleagues.
- Multitask efficiently while maintaining a high level of service under pressure.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and presentation at all times.
Requirements
- Relevant industry experience working and leading a high volume outlet.
- Knowledge and experience in training junior team members.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Legal right to work in Australia.
- Able to undergo a National Police Check if required.
- Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol Certification.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
