Executive Food and Beverage Director

Rydges Resort Hunter Valley is a vibrant 418-room resort located in the heart of Australia's premier wine region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of all hotel food and beverage outlets to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of the hospitality industry. They will possess outstanding written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to manage complex relationships with guests, staff, and external partners.
This hands-on role involves supervising F&B Outlet Managers/Supervisors to ensure duties are performed to the required standard. You will also maintain high service standards, uphold hotel policies and procedures, and regularly report on outlet performance to senior management.
To succeed in this position, you will need to be a dynamic leader who can motivate and inspire your team to achieve results. You will also need to be flexible and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide hands-on leadership to the F&B team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Supervise F&B Outlet Managers/Supervisors to ensure duties are performed to the required standard.
- Maintain high service standards and uphold hotel policies and procedures.
- Regularly report on outlet performance to senior management.
- Extensive experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of the hospitality industry.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage complex relationships with guests, staff, and external partners.
- Valid NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol certification.
