Early Childhood Lead Educator Role

At our centre, we're dedicated to delivering high-quality early childhood education that empowers children to reach their full potential. As part of our mission, we're seeking a passionate and experienced Early Childhood Lead Educator to join our team in Brisbane.

The ideal candidate will possess a Diploma in Children's Services or Early Childhood Education, have experience in a similar role, and demonstrate a strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and innovative practice. They'll be able to build effective relationships with people from diverse backgrounds, manage their time efficiently, and develop engaging curricula.

Key responsibilities include coordinating daily programs, collaborating with the Early Childhood Teacher or Child Development Specialists, facilitating reflective practice sessions, and participating in community initiatives.
