Job Title:

Early Childhood Education Leader

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced educator to lead our kindergarten team. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, a commitment to age-appropriate pedagogy, and a passion for early childhood education.

About the Role

The Nominated Supervisor will be responsible for working closely with staff, the centre's management committee, and office administrator to ensure a smooth and thorough handover.

This role requires someone with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrated excellence in forming ongoing professional relationships with families and other stakeholders, and a commitment to best practice, ongoing professional learning, and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and collaboration with staff members and colleagues from the ECEC sector
  • Developing and implementing high-quality educational programs
  • Providing documentation of program delivery and ensuring compliance with the National Quality Framework
  • Maintaining effective communication with families, staff, and other stakeholders
Requirements

We require the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) 4-year trained or equivalent
  • Registration with the Queensland College of Teachers
  • Current Suitability Card or Exemption Card for Registered Teachers
