Job Overview

The Maintenance Planner will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our facilities, responsible for planning and coordinating all maintenance activities to ensure minimal downtime.

This includes:

  1. Ensuring compliance with safety protocols and procedures
  2. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement site procedures
  3. Managing spare parts inventory and ordering supplies as needed
  4. Creating and assigning maintenance tasks in SAP
  5. Planning and allocating PM tasks across multiple sites
  6. Coordinating maintenance activities with internal stakeholders and contractors
  7. Verifying completion of scheduled tasks
  8. Arranging work permits and ensuring regulatory compliance

Key Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced professional with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. The ideal candidate will have:

  1. Previous experience in a similar maintenance planning role within manufacturing or heavy industry
  2. Demonstrated knowledge of mechanical systems and processes
  3. Proficiency in SAP and other computer software applications
  4. Problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize effectively
  5. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
