Job Overview

This role plays a key part in ensuring the safe, efficient and reliable delivery of port and terminal assets. We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Maintenance Planner, responsible for planning and executing maintenance activities to ensure asset reliability and availability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop short to medium-term maintenance and demand plans to optimize asset performance.
  • Evaluate and implement processes to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
  • Manage purchasing, storage and replenishment of materials and inventory to support maintenance operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain aligned maintenance plans and schedules.
  • Drive improvements in asset reliability and availability through data analysis and process optimization.
Requirements
  • Proactive planner with technical knowledge and collaborative approach to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in heavy industry maintenance is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Maintenance Systems, Excel and SAP required to manage complex maintenance data and schedules.
  • Asset planning and scheduling experience to ensure seamless execution of maintenance activities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues promptly.
  • Influencing, communication and relationship-building abilities to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
