Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a key advisor on people and culture matters.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to operational and corporate functional staff, ensuring the smooth delivery of day-to-day HR advisory pieces, site-specific projects, and organisational wide initiatives.

This role involves managing key relationships with union groups, executing the People & Culture strategic plan, leading Industrial Relations activities, and undertaking actions to ensure continued operational delivery and performance improvements.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical problem-solving skills, employee relations experience in grievance and dispute resolution, industrial relations experience including union relations and Enterprise Agreement negotiations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field

• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR advisory roles

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
