Care Coordinator

This role oversees the statewide community and court liaison service, fostering effective partnerships with various agencies to drive collaborative working relationships.
The incumbent will coordinate operations, manage select resources, and provide support to the clinical director and clinicians to deliver a standardized model of care.
This position aims to assist the court magistrate with the diversion of mentally ill individuals from the courts into the community for treatment.
Main Responsibilities:- Coordinate operations and manage select resources
- Support the clinical director and clinicians to deliver a standardized model of care
- Foster partnerships with external agencies to develop effective working relationships
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or postgraduate qualifications in (Forensic) Mental Health and/or management discipline
- Demonstrated experience in leadership or as a manager in a mental health service
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
