Funding Administration Officer

About the Role
The Funding Administration Officer is a key position within Victim Assist Queensland, responsible for managing funding allocations to ensure effective service delivery to vulnerable communities and individuals.
This role involves initiating and overseeing funding arrangements with non-government agencies, fostering strong relationships with funded organisations, and ensuring contract compliance while monitoring service performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement procurement strategies and service agreements with non-government agencies.
- Establish and maintain relationships with non-government organisations delivering services to victims of crime.
- Provide advice on issues relevant to the operations of services funded to deliver victim of crime services.
- Manage contracts and monitor service delivery of funded victim of crime services.
- Assist with grant applications and prepare recommendations in accordance with program objectives.
- Undertake project work relevant to the operations of Victim Assist.
- Prepare advice and reports on matters relevant to the programs funded by the Department.
