Credit Recovery Specialist Role

This is a highly specialized position within our Credit Control Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for maximizing recoveries and returns on non-performing and impaired loan assets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and implement action on accounts to maximize recoveries from debts written off.
  • Manage the use of mercantile agents to assist with recoveries.
  • Assist with the acquiring and realization of real property security.
  • Provide assistance on legal matters with regard to enforcement action through liaison with legal partners and mercantile agents.
  • Facilitate the administration of the Asset Management portfolio and the reporting of related risk matters in a timely and accurate manner.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to professionally present themselves to internal and external business partners.
